My Panasonic was out of warranty. I booked it into Above, the repairers for Panasonic. They were so helpful, I thought the unit was out of warranty but when they asked how old the unit was, they advised that Panasonic maybe able to help out. I called them and soon had my unit repaired at no cost. Thank you Britt and the team at Panasonic. These guys are fair and honest which is saying at lot!

I wasn't too sure about this place but it was the only place I could go to get my Sony TV repaired under warranty. I found the girl at the front counter friendly and knowledgeable (maybe others caught her on a bad day) she was so helpful she was able to get SONY to cover my repair. I could not say enough about how professional I found this company. Maybe they have changed things around looking at the reply's to reviews. Hope I get one! I will be telling my friends and family - Well done Above Electronics and SONY.
